Pages and functionality

We confirm the page list and functionality in the project quote. Additional pages, language versions and integrations are included only when listed in that scope.

Content

We agree what text, images and brand materials you will provide and what content work is included. New copywriting, translation and ongoing content production are scoped separately where needed.

Feedback and revisions

Your proposal sets out the review stages and included revisions. Feedback is collected against the agreed brief. New requirements are discussed before extra work begins.

Hosting and third-party costs

The quote identifies any domain, hosting, premium licence or external service costs. These are not included in the build price unless expressly stated.

Launch and handover

We agree the deployment responsibilities and handover materials before work begins. Ongoing maintenance, content updates and future features are separate unless included in the proposal.

Pricing

Business Website and Website Plus use fixed prices for their agreed scope. WooCommerce and custom-software prices are starting points. You receive the project scope and quote before deciding to proceed.

Frequently asked questions

How long will the project take?

We confirm an expected schedule after reviewing the scope, required materials and availability. Content preparation, external approvals and feedback all affect the delivery plan.

Will this guarantee higher Google rankings?

No. The packages include the SEO foundations described, not a guarantee of rankings or enquiries. Ongoing content and marketing are separate activities.

Can you replace an existing website?

Yes. For a planned replacement, we review the existing pages, important URLs and content before agreeing the migration work. Emergency repairs are not part of these packages.

Can I add features later?

Yes. Additional features can be planned as a separate phase with their own scope and quote.
